Even though it was so close to the Reeperbahn, it was still very quiet around and inside the hotel. Friendly staff.
The location in Hamburg is superb, the S-Bahn station is right opposite, the Reeperbahn a 3-minute walk away, Landungsbrücken 15 minutes on foot.
The hotel was superb, clean, the staff super friendly, breakfast superb with all the trimmings. The location was brilliant.

When can I check in and check out?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. When you book direct, we're happy to grant a complimentary early check-in on request · just ask at reception.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, in our designated rooms without carpeting. Surcharge: €15 per night. Up to two dogs per room are welcome.
Where can I park?
Hotel guests benefit from a special rate for the adjoining underground car park with direct access to the hotel: €14 / 24 hrs (instead of regular parking fees) or €1.50 per hour started. Reservations are not possible.
Max. entry height: 1.80 m. For taller vehicles, three reservable outdoor parking spaces are available for €20. Please enquire in advance.
How much is breakfast?
€19.50 per person when booked in advance, €23 on the day of arrival. Breakfast buffet Monday–Friday 6:30–10:00 am, weekends and public holidays until 11:00 am.
Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives are available on request.
What does the direct-booker advantage include?
When you book direct through our website, you book with no portal in between · and on top of that: a bottle of water in your room on arrival.
Can I cancel free of charge?
On standard rates you can cancel free of charge until 4 pm on the day of arrival. Special rates, trade fairs and events have separate conditions, which are clearly shown during the booking process.
Which languages does the staff speak?
Our team speaks Deutsch · English · Español · Français · 中文 · Dansk. That way we always find the right answer for international guests too.
Is there a Hamburg Card available on site?
Yes · you can get the Hamburg Card directly at our reception. It gives you reduced admission to many Hamburg attractions and free travel on HVV public transport.
Is the hotel family-friendly?
Yes · we are especially family-friendly: cots free of charge on request, family rooms with three beds, child-safe bathrooms, high chairs in the restaurant and packed lunches for day trips.
